Reserve the Upstairs Loft for Special Events....

The Upstairs Loft at the Round Barn of Arcadia is available for parties, weddings, fundraisers, meetings, and just about any special event you can imagine.

With a capacity of 150 people, a competitive price and its unique round setting, the Loft lends a very special atmosphere to most any event.

Tables and chairs are available and catering is welcome. The Barn may be rented for up to 12 hours and bands may set up for live music and dancing. Smoking is not allowed given the structure is made entirely of wood. There are clean restrooms on the premises as well.

If you would like to extend your party or event outdoors around the exterior of the barn, we also have new picnic tables for some additional seating and lots of grass and shade trees for relaxing under. So book the Loft at the Round Barn today for your upcoming special event! Your guests are sure to appreciate the uniqueness and rustic charm that the Barn offers.

Arcadia Round Barn Loft Spring Cleanup

IMPORTANT: Please be advised that only ONE rental event per day can be accommodated at the Round Barn. Please check our calendar to be sure the preferred date for your event is clear.

Monday - Thursday

Reservations

Upon receipt of the above signed forms and $100 deposit your event date will be reserved. The balance must be received within 14 days of the Rental Event Date or reservation will be cancelled. Payments are accepted in the form of cash or check (No Out-of-State checks).

Guidelines and Rules are listed on the Rental Agreement — please make a copy for your reference.

Refunds

None after 14 days prior to event date.
Full refund if cancellation is before 14 days prior to event date.

Loft Rental

  • Loft Rental (150 max): Heating—thermostat controlled
  • No air conditioning (8 fans)
  • No kitchen facility
  • Electrical amps (45 amps)
  • 10 (8 ft tables), 12 (5ft round tables), 140 folding chair

Setup: After 10am on day of event (No exceptions)

Check-out time: Midnight or before

Accessibility: The upstairs loft is not accessible to persons with disabilities.
