Marco Tello & The Mighty Green Bring Reggae Vibes to Arcadia’s Elm Tree Concert Series on APRIL 27
Free outdoor show at the Round Barn on April 27 features classic reggae, rock reinvented, and fiery bluegrass talent
ARCADIA, OK — Get ready for a genre-bending musical journey when singer-songwriter Marco Tello (pronounced Tay-oh) and his five-piece reggae band The Mighty Green take the stage at the Elm Tree Concert Series on Sunday, April 27, at 1 p.m. The free show kicks off beneath the shade of the historic Round Barn’s towering elm tree, blending classic reggae, reimagined rock hits, and Tello’s renowned bluegrass prowess.
A versatile performer who’s “bored playing any one style,” Tello shifts seamlessly from Americana to roots rock—but on this afternoon, he’ll be all about the groove. The Mighty Green delivers authentic 1970s reggae (think Bob Marley) alongside fresh twists on classic rock, powered by lush harmonies and a dynamic lineup: John Green (lead vocals), Don Hecker (bass), Dusty Douglas (drums), Karl Wilburn (keyboards), and Blake Bricker (multi-instrumentalist).
