ARCADIA, Okla. – Award-winning singer-songwriter Mary Battiata will bring her distinctive blend of Americana, alt-country, and twang-infused folk music to the historic Arcadia Round Barn on Sunday, August 2, 2026, for a free concert beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Based in Northern Virginia just outside Washington, D.C., Battiata has earned a loyal following for her heartfelt songwriting, memorable melodies, and authentic performances. Whether appearing solo or with her band, Mary Battiata & Little Pink, she has toured extensively from New York City to Los Angeles and countless stops in between.

Mary Battiata & Little Pink takes its name as a tribute to Music From Big Pink, the landmark album by The Band. Battiata’s music draws inspiration from an eclectic mix of artists, including Dolly Parton, Hank Williams, Hazel Dickens, George Jones, The Feelies, and The Rolling Stones, creating a sound that blends classic country roots with modern Americana influences.

Concertgoers can expect an afternoon of engaging storytelling, rich vocals, and songs that weave together country, folk, and Americana traditions with a contemporary spirit.

The concert is part of the Arcadia Round Barn’s popular Elm Tree Concert Series, held on the grounds of the historic Round Barn along Oklahoma’s iconic Route 66. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for comfortable outdoor seating.

Admission is free, although donations to support the Arcadia Historical & Preservation Society and its ongoing preservation efforts are appreciated. The historic Arcadia Round Barn, built in 1898, remains one of Oklahoma’s most recognizable landmarks and continues to host live music, community events, and visitors from around the world during the 2026 Route 66 Centennial celebration.
